Ceremony Music Includes:
PRELUDE MUSIC
Up to 30 minutes prior to the Ceremony beginning
Favorite Music includes: Classical – Air (Water Music Suite), Rondeau,
Sheep May Safely Graze, The Four Seasons, Ave Maria
MOTHER'S /GRANDPARENT'S SEATING
You may wish to choose a special selection for the seating of the mothers and grandparents, which occurs just before the start of the ceremony. You might want to have that extra special touch by having the music be a special request that is a favorite of those being seated. Some favorites include: Sunrise, Sunset; My Cup Runneth Over; Memory; You Raise Me Up.
BRIDAL PARTY PROCESSIONAL
Your ceremony officially begins when the officiant and the groom approach the altar. The bridesmaids (along with the groomsmen who may join them) enter while this selection continues. Traditionally, this is a piece that is a majestic piece played at a pace that is easy to walk to. However, you may choose to create a different ambience, perhaps with something gentle or contemplative. No matter what, the
selection should flow at an easy walking tempo. This piece ends when the entire wedding party reaches the altar.
Bride's Favorites: Canon in D (Pachelbel), Hymne (Vangelis), Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring (J. S. Bach), Trumpet Voluntary (Clarke/Purcell)
THE BRIDE'S PROCESSIONAL
Traditionally, the bride enters to fanfare music, such as the well-known "Here Comes the Bride" (Wedding March) that announces her arrival. Other music may be chosen to suit the bride's taste, as long as it sounds good played at an easy walking pace. This piece ends when the bride reaches the altar. When the wedding party is small, the bride may elect to enter to the same piece as the maid or matron of honor.
Bride's Favorites: Canon in D (Pachelbel), Traditional Wedding March (Wagner), Trumpet Voluntary (Clarke/Purcell), Hymne (Vangelis), a Favorite Romantic Love Song (ie. Marry Me)
CEREMONY MUSIC
Sometimes special music is added during the ceremony that adds special meaning to the bride and groom, such as the lighting of the Unity Candle , Sand Ceremony and/or Communion for just bride & groom or for the entire congregation. Keep in mind that this additional music will lengthen the ceremony and the selection ought to be shorter (Just how long can you look adoringly into each other's eyes!)
Wedding Couple's Favorites: Blest Be the Tie that Binds, In This Very Room, O Perfect Love, The Prayer ( as sung by Celine Dion), The Lord's Prayer, Sweet Hour of Prayer, (Communion Favorites include As the Deer, Be Thou My Vision, Holy Ground, How Beautiful – Twila Paris, Shine on Us – Michael W. Smith, Shout to the Lord – Darlene Zscheck.)
WEDDING PARTY RECESSIONAL
Traditionally, the bride and groom, now husband and wife, leave the altar to the tune of a triumphant or joyful, quick paced piece. The wedding party recesses out immediately after to the same selection. However, you may choose to create a different ambience for your recessional – perhaps something flowing and romantic.
Wedding Couple's Favorites: Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee (Beethoven), Wedding March (Mendelssohn), Trumpet Tune (Purcell); All I Ask of You (Webber)
POST-NUPTIAL
As guests leave the ceremonial area, lively music accompanies their exit.
As with Pre-Ceremony music, if you do not have particular requests,
choose the category of selections you would like performed.
Wedding Couple's Favorites: Alleluia (Sound of Music); Hornpipe; Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee; Morning has Broken; Trumpet Tune
OUTDOORS
Since outdoor weddings are quite popular in Florida (even though it can be very hot in the summer months), music reminiscent of the outdoors adds special meaning to the ceremony.

"Hi Verlon. I was in the hospital 1 1/2 yr. ago and you came in with your harp and played, bringing tears
to my eyes because of the beautiful music! I went in to have a growth removed from my stomach........it was
to be a simple operation but I ended up there for 2 1/2 mo. and on a feeding tube for 6 mo. It was a very
trying time for me but my faith remained strong. I am okay now. Thank you for playing that beautiful music
for me at a time when I was feeling down. May the Lord bless you always."
Rob Morrissette,

"Through your harp, you offered a quintessential form of comfort that hearts who grieve are so hungry to
hear and so cautious about opening themselves to receive. Thank you for bearing witness to their
